Goats are tough animals. Young
Fernando Perez had the patience and nerve to wait for the right shot as we
tracked through brushy woods...across our large field with his quarry surrounded
by milling herd mates...and back over into another woodline where his goat
was ready keep moving on into more heavy woods. When for the first time this beautiful animal with long and deeply curved horns gave young Fernando his opening...he took it. Sixty seconds and it was all over. |

Emily's first hog and what a fine job she did! Sharp eye, patient in the stand and dead eye shot with her .223. Dad, Daniel Day, is one proud papa, and we're proud of you too, Emily! |

Wyatt Houck
took himself a big'n, and he had Dad, Ryan, and the whole family entourage
there to congratulate him on his great hunt! Wyatt was already hooked on hunting, and his hog hunt here just keep him rolling. You're bringing home a LOT of bacon there, Wyatt! | |
If you're going to
get your first hog, you might as well get a great one, and you might as well
do it right. That's what Lamar Taylor and Wyatt Lenallen did. Dad's, Darryl and Eugene, were there to see their sons do a bang up job when they each dropped their hogs with one shot. Beautiful job, guys! |
